Directions for Best Results

For optimal results, apply the Revitalising Scalp & Body Cream to clean skin as part of your daily routine, ideally after showering while the skin is still slightly damp. This helps the cream bind to existing moisture in the skin, supporting deeper hydration and improved absorption.

Apply a small amount and gently massage into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. Focus on areas of dryness, irritation, or visible redness, including the scalp, body, hands, and other compromised skin areas.

For best results:

  • Use 1–2 times daily as part of a consistent skincare routine.
  • Apply after showering to help lock in moisture and support the skin barrier (“soak and seal” method).
  • Allow 5–10 minutes for full absorption before dressing to minimise transfer onto clothing and maximise skin comfort.

Scalp and body cream

Hey Dr Irene, I’m 27 years old and I’ve had sever eczema all over my body and face for 6 months now. I’m working with Chinese Med Dr to clear it. Your cream has really helped to reduce inflammation, my skin is no longer as red and irritated! A big change in just 1 week. Thank you so much. The issue I’m encountering now is dryness. I feel like body and scalp cream leaves my body feeling dry and therefore itchy. I’ve been applying another natural body moisturiser over the top. I was wondering if you have another product that can help with dryness?

Husband's Psoriasis

Husband has been using for a bit over a week and it seems to have actually made his face worse, he was using a corticosteroid prior and that was keeping it under control however he was trying to get away from using that as much.

Hi Karen, I'm sorry for your husband's skin concerns. It is important to know that steroids suppress the immune response in the skin when inflammation is present. Which is what gives you the false belief the skin has improved but when you stop using the steroids, the skin rash comes back and usually worse than it was before. If you would like to have a complimentary skin assessment with me, Dr Irene, then we can discuss this further and actually work out a way to treat his skin instead of suppressing it with steroid creams. 5 yrs of constant itch and scabs in my hair

After 5 applications the itch and scabs have gone and I can comb my hair normally and use normal shampoo and conditioner again! I will repeat the process if it returns.

This cream is formulated for mild to moderate inflammatory skin conditions, particularly:
