Episode 13: Part 2: Tips to manage Eczema in Babies and Toddlers

Eczema in babies and toddlers are an extremely common condition affecting this age group but this doesn’t alleviate the angst a parent feels when their child is consumed with red blotches on their skin and an itch that doesn’t seem to go away.
Personally having experienced a skin disease at a very young age and the innate desire to alleviate it quickly with natural methods brings me to sharing my personal insights and the experience of my patients to hopefully help your child along their journey to better health.
So, today’s podcast is all about what natural and effective tips you can do that will reduce inflammation in your child’s body that will assist their treatment to work more effectively. By making these changes to nutrition and lifestyle, you will help alleviate the eczema AND reduce the severity and frequency of future flare ups. Don’t get caught up with the notion that eczema is an auto-immune disease; the body is always working for you NOT against you, so the presence of this disease is PURELY identifying an issue that needs attention and healing.
Be sure to read our show’s blog post that will highlight all the baby eczema tips I share with you on the show.
